✨ 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗶 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘆! ✨

We are delighted to welcome back our returning children and families, and to say a very warm welcome to all the new little ones joining our Twinkle Stars family this September. 💛

We have been very busy preparing our Montessori environments for another wonderful year of learning, independence, exploration and discovery.

🌿 We are especially excited to introduce our 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟭 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘃𝗲. Our new outdoor space gives even our youngest children a beautiful and secure environment where they can move freely, explore, play and learn outdoors. 🌱

Our classrooms have also been carefully prepared to provide a 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗺, 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗶 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, with thoughtfully arranged areas where children can choose activities, develop independence and learn at their own pace. ✨

Seeing the children return, explore their environment and reconnect with their teachers and friends has been such a lovely way to begin the new term. 🥰

Here’s to another year filled with 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 and lots of happy learning at Twinkle Stars Montessori Nursery. ⭐️

🚒🔥 Last week, when it was too hot for us to visit the fire station, the wonderful London Fire Brigade came to us instead! ❤️

The children had an unforgettable time exploring the fire engine, meeting the firefighters, trying on a helmet, spraying the hose and learning about fire safety in a fun and exciting way.

A huge thank you to the amazing firefighters for making the visit so special for our children! 🚒💦🧑‍🚒

🌟 Twinkle Stars Montessori x Jumping Jacks Gymnastics 🌟

What an incredible term it has been! 🤸‍♀️💙

Our children have thoroughly enjoyed their special partnership with Jumping Jacks in High Barnet, where they attended exclusive private gymnastics sessions designed especially for our Twinkle Stars children.

These weekly adventures were about so much more than gymnastics. The children had the opportunity to challenge themselves physically, developing their balance, coordination, strength, confidence, and gross motor skills in a fun and engaging environment.

One of the highlights was travelling together by bus as a group. Every journey became a learning experience as we practised important life skills such as:
🚌 Road safety awareness
🤝 Holding hands and staying together
👂 Listening carefully to instructions
🌟 Taking turns and showing patience
❤️ Supporting one another and working as a team

We watched the children grow in confidence week after week, celebrating their achievements and encouraging each other every step of the way.

A huge thank you to the wonderful team at Jumping Jacks for welcoming us and providing such enjoyable and enriching experiences for our children throughout the term.

We are so proud of all our Twinkle Stars for their enthusiasm, resilience, and teamwork. ⭐

🎉✨ What a day! ✨🎉

Our 10-Year Anniversary Summer Fair at Twinkle Stars Montessori Nursery was a huge success, and we are delighted to share that together we raised an incredible £800 towards our garden project! 🌱🌼

We would like to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, donated, sponsored, and supported this special event. None of this would have been possible without our wonderful community of parents, children, family, friends, local businesses, and supporters.

A special thank you goes to Holy Trinity Church, Lion’s Down Road, for their continued support and partnership, as well as to all the local businesses who contributed to making the day so memorable.

From the games and activities, to the food, laughter, and community spirit, it was a beautiful celebration of everything we have achieved together over the last 10 years. 💛

We are incredibly proud of our dedicated team, whose hard work and commitment helped bring this event to life.

Thank you for being part of our journey. Here’s to the next chapter and to creating an even more beautiful outdoor space for our children to learn, grow, and thrive. 🌿

🌱✨ A Day in the Life at Our Montessori Nursery ✨🌱

What does a morning in our Montessori nursery look like?

It looks like curious minds exploring the life cycle of a butterfly, little hands planting seeds and learning how things grow, children preparing and sharing healthy snacks, and friends gathering together for tea parties, storytelling, counting, building, and imaginative play.

Every activity has a purpose. Through carefully prepared Montessori materials and child-led exploration, our children develop independence, concentration, confidence, problem-solving skills, and a genuine love of learning.

From practical life activities and mathematics to science, nature, creativity, and social experiences, each day is filled with opportunities to discover, explore, and grow at every child’s own pace.

We believe children learn best when they are given the freedom to choose, the time to concentrate, and the confidence to follow their interests.
