A warm welcome back to Zu from Zu Yoga who came to see us at the start of term. Child Yoga is well documented to improve balance, strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity in young children

Our first extra-curricular activity of the year was a special visit from Di Di Dance. Aside from the physical health benefits, dance classes have proven to encourage socialization, creativity as well as enhancing your child’s cognitive and emotional development.

Term has kicked off and we have been incredibly busy the first 2 weeks settling in the children, the staff have done an incredible job as per usual, we will have more updates coming very soon!

Dancing is a great way for children to stay active and improve skills such as coordination, balance and imagination.
