Throwing something into the recycling bin is still throwing it away and giving someone else the responsibility for your waste. Roll your dice - what will the NEW YEAR look like for you? This project, made entirely from scraps, was created by one of our ‚scholars‘ and taken up by many other students with great enthusiasm. The making of these dice proofed super therapeutic, stirred many interesting discussions about why using your hands makes you feel clearer and calmer in your head and heart! Our design competition during the winter term ‚pom pom Inspiration‘ was such fun - this young designer turned fake fur into Pom-pom like design elements on her first ever bag! Fantastic jacket made by this student learning how to use knitted fabric. Especially adding buttonholes to stretchy fabric is not for the faint hearted!
