Things can change… boom — all of a sudden, your whole life is turned around. 💔

Unfortunately, my father-in-law is now very seriously ill in hospital after battling COVID. His balance has been affected for the past four years, and in that time he’s fallen about ten times — but this time was different. He fell and broke all his ribs, his facial bones, and suffered a compressed, fractured skull. To be honest, right now, he’s not in a good way at all.

It really brings it home: things can change in an instant. Your motivation can change too — and honestly? It’s okay to feel a little unmotivated sometimes. 🫂 But the secret is: if you have a goal, you can always come back to it.

The last few weeks have been incredibly difficult. My whole routine has been flipped upside down. Even through all this, I’ve still been showing up for my clients — just the other day I did over 40 sessions in 3 days. 📈 My passion has always been coaching businesses to get back on track and become successful, and right now I do it all on my own — no staff, just me and my clients — and somehow, I’m making it work.

But I know only too well: things can happen in business that make you stop in your tracks. It might be a difficult client that knocks you sideways. A bad employee. A moment where you get lazy, or you just lose sight of why you started in the first place.

That’s why the most important thing you can have is a clear vision. 🎯
Because as long as you hold onto that vision — you can always bounce back.

Stay strong, keep your vision close, and remember: whatever life or business throws at you… you’ve got this.

❓Are taking notes, or are you building a breakthrough? 💡

Most fitness professionals ask "What are your goals?" and stop there. But if you want to truly help someone change their life, you have to go deeper than the surface.

Looking at our New Client Consultation Form, the secret to a successful client journey isn't just about recording weight—it’s about understanding the "Why."

Here is why the correct consultation process is a game-changer:

1. Drilling Down to Emotion: Our form asks, "Why are these goals important to you?" We aren't looking for "I want to lose 10lbs." We are looking for the emotional driver—whether it’s keeping up with their kids or regaining lost confidence.

2. Identifying the "Problem History": By asking how long they’ve struggled and why previous attempts failed, you aren't just gathering data—you are identifying the roadblocks you need to help them clear.

3. Gauging Commitment: We don't move forward until we see a "10" on the commitment scale. A great consultation ensures both the coach and the client are fully aligned before the first drop of sweat.

4. The Holistic Picture: Beyond the gym, we look at nutrition habits, energy levels, and health history. You can't build a sustainable plan without knowing how the client functions 23 hours a day outside of your session.

The Bottom Line: A consultation shouldn't feel like an intake form; it should feel like the first step of a transformation. When you build the problem correctly, you solidify your value as the solution.

Stop "selling" training and start solving problems. 🚀

Stop "Chasing" and Start "Qualifying." 🛑

The biggest mistake you’re making?

Booking consultations with people who aren’t ready to commit.

Here is my 4-step prequalification framework to save you hours of wasted time:

✅ The Term: Tell them exactly how long the commitment is.

✅ The Price: Don't hide the investment. State it.

✅ The Decision Maker: Ask if anyone else needs to sign off on the buy.

✅ The Intent: Ask: "If this is for you, are you ready to join?"

If they can’t say yes to these on a quick phone call, they aren’t a lead—they’re a window shopper.

Guard your time. It’s the only asset you can’t buy back. ⏳

The result

• Closing rocketed.

• My "no-show" rate dropped.

• I saved days of time every month.

• Gained a better quality of client
