What is Bloomsbury Capital?
Bloomsbury Capital is UCL's most established student investment fund, founded in 2012 to provide its members with a unique opportunity to expand their knowledge in Capital Markets.

Focusing primarily in equity investments, we adopt a ‘learning by doing’ thesis, which has consistently yielded impressive returns, outperforming the iShares S&P 500 Total Return ETF every year. This makes us one of the most successful student investment societies across the UK

If you are someone interested in pursuing a career in finance, or have an interest in business, financial markets or investing, Bloomsbury Capital provides a unique opportunity to develop your technical and theoretical understanding of financial concepts and to implement them on a weekly basis.
As an Analyst, you will be placed in a team with an Associate and pitch two stocks each term for the fund to potentially invest in, with each pitch supported with a detailed valuation. Associates have experience in Investment Banking, Asset Management, Sales and Trading, Venture Capital, and Equity Research to name a few.

** BLOOMSBURY CAPITAL SUMMER BOOTCAMP APPLICATIONS **

We are excited to announce the opening of applications for our Summer Bootcamp! The Bootcamp will take place from mid-June for 12 weeks and will give participants the opportunity to develop tangible skills in Fundamental Equity Research, Markets, Corporate Finance and Valuation through hands-on sessions with existing Bloomsbury Capital members.

This bootcamp will provide successful applicants an opportunity to progress to an Analyst role within the fund. The time commitment is 2-7 hours a week, comprised of Zoom calls and independent tasks. Please head over to our LinkedIn page to see our information pack.
