I’ve worked at Monkey Puzzle for over 5 years now and could not imagine being at any other childcare setting! I started my journey as a volunteer and worked my way up to a brand-new position of Under 3’s Manger with nothing but encouragement and support from our amazing management team.
At no other setting will you find a family like ours! Here you feel like all your opinions, ideas, and concerns are heard and implemented almost immediately! The care that management have for the staff definitely shines through; from ideas like a Zen Den, for staff to take a moment to relax in, to the reward system from parents and colleagues, all show amazing recognition for everyone’s hard work!
Here at Monkey Puzzle is where your best self can really grow! The joy of watching the children develop, and become confident and independent mini humans, through taking part in our big, planned events that celebrate all different festivals, or the everyday activities and routines, is simply everything!
If you’re looking for a setting that feels like a home away from home, then Monkey Puzzle East Finchley is where you need to be!
