On Friday, we wished our amazing, talented, funny, and kind preschool children good luck as they go off to big school! With a ceremony, disco, ponies, and quite a few tears, it was finally graduation day!
"Each one of you is a piece of us that we will always remember and treasure! You will all do amazing things as you go off into the world! You have brought us such immense pride and joy during each day with us, and we know this next step to big school will be no different!"

I’ve worked at Monkey Puzzle for over 5 years now and could not imagine being at any other childcare setting! I started my journey as a volunteer and worked my way up to a brand-new position of Under 3’s Manger with nothing but encouragement and support from our amazing management team.

At no other setting will you find a family like ours! Here you feel like all your opinions, ideas, and concerns are heard and implemented almost immediately! The care that management have for the staff definitely shines through; from ideas like a Zen Den, for staff to take a moment to relax in, to the reward system from parents and colleagues, all show amazing recognition for everyone’s hard work!

Here at Monkey Puzzle is where your best self can really grow! The joy of watching the children develop, and become confident and independent mini humans, through taking part in our big, planned events that celebrate all different festivals, or the everyday activities and routines, is simply everything!

Shannon joined Monkey Puzzle East Finchley as an Apprentice Nursery Teacher earlier this year. She shadows our experienced practitioners to gain experience and knowledge of working as an early years educator. She undertakes lots of training and is learning new things every day. “I have had great support from management and colleagues, giving me advice and supporting me with my ideas. I love to hear parents coming in, telling me what the children have said to them about me, it really has a positive affect on my progress because I see that the children are happy and I make a difference to their day. I am very passionate about progressing my skills and I really advise anyone who is interested in working with children to take part in an apprenticeship. It is the most rewarding job here are Monkey Puzzle, filled with smiles, laughs and play.”
