Anger is a strong emotion one that we often don’t even realise is upon us until it’s too late.
But by blaming others for making us angry we become the prisoner to the emotion.
To let go of anger means to accept that anger is not us it’s not the person who’s has trigged the emotion it is just anger and it will soon be gone. 😊
