Are you a childminder who works in partnership with a school or academy trust to provide a free breakfast club for school-aged children?

The Government's guidance on free breakfast clubs encourages schools to work collaboratively with PVI providers. We want to understand whether this is happening in practice and how childminders are being involved.

This could be:
• As a standalone breakfast club or as part of a wider wraparound childcare offer.
• On the school site or off-site

We're particularly interested in examples of successful partnerships between schools and childminders, as well as any barriers you've encountered. We also want to explore how schools and childminders can work together to deliver this offer while minimising displacement of existing wraparound childcare.
