My childhood dog Simba has passed away, sad but it was his time…

He was just like many dogs…a true inspiration. Loving, playful, HAPPY, loved walks, beautifully needy, totally devoted & just the best company.

I’m heading home soon & your presence will be missed Simba.

Pine Cone Fire

As the upcoming new moon solar eclipse comes, Wednesday evening, I feel it’s strength approaching.

In my current meditation I recorded live fire sounds by burning pine cones I found along the journey.

In the Easter celebrations in Braga we saw the monks burn pine cones as they paraded down the streets barefoot! I knew there was something powerfully spiritual in this process…

As we approach this time, we do have an opportunity to let go of parts of ourselves which are not serving us…

Observe, reflect, meditate… what is coming up…. It’s time to let it go & we can all be our best selves..

Basking in the evening sun in this beautiful city. I am grateful for this trip so far. In this time of Easter, I have been tapping into the spirit of Christ, who showed open hearted compassion & love for all.

I continually ask myself to soften & open more. To release stuck ways of being & old mindsets that close me to other ways of being.

I am here, exploring different cultures & enjoying the beautiful energy of place.

I am thankful that I live my life in such a way to allow this & observe my own privilege in doing so.

My quest is to live a happy life & always challenge myself to look deeper if I feel the calling!

Welcome To Bilbao

As we landed in Spain on our 6 week trip. & I decided to enjoy the 30 degree heat by spending an afternoon at the beach followed by an afternoon adventure in Bilbao.

The old town has a lovely feel as the locals relaxed & enjoyed the afternoon siesta, we also enjoyed the local beer+vegan food.

I hope to share some photos as we go & give you more information on our adventure as we go!
