MISTAKES MAYBE MAKING TO LOSE WEIGHT!
Losing weight isn't a complicated process, but basically it comes down to creating an energy deficit .

Every time I step on stage I’ve gained experience and learn from what didn’t go well to be better next time
Yesterday results I was placed 4th in an amazing line up of some amazing queens.
Yes I was disappointed to placed 4th , however grateful to this opportunity and experience with this amazing thank you.

4 more sleeps and tomorrow is high carbs begins and in person check in with coach to finalise our plan for the Sunday British International Final in Leicester.
The goal is to beat our final package 3 weeks ago💯.
I’ve followed the plan and trust the process 💯.
Some days were more challenging than some, nothing worth having comes easy.

Final day of chapter 49 woke filled with gratitude to wake up next my king in amazing country as a surprise to welcome chapter 50 today .
And I’m feeling so blessed kick off my week by winning being crowned Women bodybuilding champion 2022 heart of England competition on Sunday witnessed by king.
And surprise with this amazing trip to welcome chapter 50 tomorrow.
I have give all glory to God for letting our path come together at the right time for us .

I trusted the plan and did the work, never question anything my coach told me to do.
Trust me there mornings when it took me 3hrs after waking up to get started with my cardio 😂.
I’ll drink coffee and still got to talk to myself through them hr cardio the stair master, I am known for my antics on the master 😂💪🏽.
Alway remember why I started and that’s what keeps me going along with the support of my king👑❤️.

Action Speak ⁉️ 3 Days From PCA Universe.
You go to bed tired and wake up tired because you don't know how to switch your mind off.
Imagining failures that hasn't happen yet, your mind is so overwhelmed with conflict you can't even remember going to sleep.
Your mind is overwhelmed by fear, insecurity, doubt, anxiety and stress.
Sometimes it's other peoples opinion to them there most of the time it's you.
Everything you do start with your thoughts
How many times have you sabotage your own goals.
You want to lose 15lbs but the pizza looks too good.
You want to feel confident in that bikini but getting a coach to hold you accountable is too expensive.
You had all your plans in place and you let someone talked you out of it.
No one force you into those choices you just weren't prepare to win that battle to be the best version of yourself that may cause you not fit in with everyone else.
I had sales call and am told Julia I'm ready if I don't do it now I could die.
Get to the price oh that's so expensive, I got to think about it.
I'll ask what do you need to think about and I'm told I can't afford it.
I'll just see how I get on by myself eat healthier because I know what to do.
Problem isn't lack of knowledge of what to do, it's lack of knowledge of how to implement and how to identify your struggles and the cause.
What to do to manage them so we don't keep repeating them.
This is what I hear👇
👉🏼We love to control everything in life.
👉🏼What if you could let go off requiring that control.
👉🏼We all want to be an experts, because not be an expert means confessing we might not know everything.
👉🏼The thing is we don't. How could we?
Each moment is brand new.
👉🏼Clinging to our old opinion could hinder us
from seeing the full picture or open to a new prospective.
👉🏼What would it mean to let go
The benefit of moving into I don't know mind
👉🏼Of not having to be an expert is that just about everyone has something to teach us.
👉🏼We can hear others with an open mind
The foundation of "Goals " is ACTION!

YOUR MIND GOT TO BE STRONGER THAN YOUR FEELINGS!

I hear this alot from Busy Entrepreneur Women Over 35 Alot.
