The MSc Fashion and Lifestyle Marketing students had the privilege of a guided tour; hearing all about Selfridges’ retail strategy and how they engage customers. From the stunning cinema to the Formula 1 car... there were so many ‘wow’ factors throughout the store. Also, to hear about their commitment to sustainability was refreshing...and they shared some really insightful and fun facts about Selfridges - absolute bonus! Huge thanks to Frank, Agi and the team for taking the time to share the Selfridges vision.

Did you know that the timekeeping of the clock is exceptionally accurate, and it is adjusted by adding or removing old pennies on the pendulum? Each penny added or removed adjusts the clock's speed by about two-fifths of a second per day. This unique method has been used to fine-tune the precision of Big Ben's timekeeping for well over a century!
