Whether you're a complete beginner eager to learn the fundamentals or an advanced practitioner looking to refine your techniques, this event is tailored just for you. Over the course of two action-packed days, you will master essential self-defense skills using your bare hands, as well as weapons like knives, scarves, and sticks. Don’t worry about equipment—sticks and knives will be provided; just bring your scarf and your enthusiasm!

This stance mimics the position of a rider on a horse, with feet placed wider than shoulder-width apart, knees bent, and thighs parallel to the ground. The torso remains upright, and the core is engaged.
