We recently caught up with Yuheng Wang (MSc Management of Information Systems and Digital Innovation, 2025) to learn about his journey from student life at LSE to launching a career in fintech with Shanghai Pudong Development Bank's FinTech Graduate Scheme.

We have an inspiring Alumni of the Month to share with you. Meet Lubna Kayyali, an Executive Global Master's in Management alumna whose career spans governance, law, entrepreneurship and creative ventures. From advising organisations across the UAE, GCC, US and EU to founding her own fine jewellery house, illi Collection, Lubna's story demonstrates the power of curiosity, precision and having the confidence to forge your own path.

Lubna has chosen"River Flows in You" by Yiruma as her Alumni of the Month track. The piece reminds her that water has both fluidity and perseverance; it goes where it needs to go with grace, a philosophy that continues to guide her approach to work, business and life.

It was wonderful to see so many members of the Department of Management community come together to celebrate the LSE Class of 2026. Graduation is a significant milestone, marking years of hard work, dedication and achievement, and it was a pleasure to share this special occasion with our graduates, their families and friends.

The ceremonies were filled with pride, excitement and a real sense of community, as students celebrated not only their own accomplishments but also those of their classmates and peers.

Last week we were delighted to welcome students from UC Riverside to LSE to learn more about the School's graduate programmes and connect with staff, alumni and a current student.

After an introduction to our fields of study from Deputy Head of Student Recruitment (International and Study Abroad) Will Breare-Hall, Department of Management Careers Consultant Emma Mullen, Master's in Management alum Prasad Shinde, BSc Management alum Andreas Heraclides and MSc Human Resources and Organisations student Sarah Ross, RCC, CHRP hosted a careers networking session. With the sun shining, we finished the morning with a tour of campus led by Student Ambassador Ateeq Khaliq.

A big thank you to our hosts and the University of California, Riverside for a great morning!

We're delighted to celebrate Marco Nobel, a MSc Management alumnus, entrepreneur and founder and CEO of Fuse, as our Alumni of the Month.

Since graduating from LSE, Marco has built and scaled ventures focused on bringing people together, from creating a student platform that reached over a million people across 200 cities to reimagining community living through Fuse.
Driven by creativity, ambition and a passion for connection, his journey reflects the value of resilience, leadership and taking calculated risks.
