Total qualification time is 100 hours
Assessment: Portfolio of Evidence
Minimum Age: 18

This forward‑thinking qualification is designed for educators who want to understand, apply, and lead AI innovation in teaching and learning.
As the specification states, the aim is “to develop learner knowledge and understanding of the use, benefits, and issues surrounding the use of AI in educational settings.”

📘 What You Will Study (4 Mandatory Units)
Learners must complete all four units to achieve the qualification:

1️⃣ Foundations of AI in Education
Explore what AI is, how it has evolved, key technologies, ethics, bias, and the advantages and limitations of AI‑assisted learning.

2️⃣ Practical Applications of AI in Education
Develop hands‑on skills using AI tools for lesson planning, assessment, personalised learning, data‑driven insights, and educator productivity.

3️⃣ The Future of AI in Education
Analyse emerging AI trends, VR/AR, future teaching models, and create an AI adoption framework for your own educational setting.

4️⃣ AI Use Malpractice in Education
