WE DID IT !!!

From the bottom of our heart, thank you, to each and everyone of you that has participated, donated, advertised for this great cause that is very close to our heart 💜

We are so proud and humbled and amazed that our so little business Thefrenchfit has been able to raise in our first charity event ever £1250 for Glass Door Homeless Charity💜 Thats more than we ever expected and it’s a lot of help and support that will be offered to people affected by homelessness 🙏🏼and as we have said before, if it doesn’t change the world, it might change the world for one person 💜

We can’t post that without saying a massive thank you to our dear friends Aliya Suzanne & Lesley Munro, for helping us make this event a reality and believing in it since day 1!

To Mary Bennett & Christina Haindl for all the time and precious advices, and to advertised the event in Christiane Ella.

💁🏻‍♀️ Pregnancy safe (here I’m doing it at 22weeks🤰🏻) but also a great core finisher for anyone ! These will improve your core stability and strength, which in turn can improve posture, balance & pain management !

💁🏻‍♂️The weight add some resistance and the bosu ball some balance challenge, but you can do each exercise without equipment too!

A little before - after picture from one of our client.

She has not spend hours and hours in the gym each day. She has not done ton of cardio as she is suffering from an ankle and hip injury. She has not waited for a miracle, she has not buy a miracle detox pill either, and she has not given up!

But, she has been consistent and committed to her strength training sessions, calorie deficit, healthy and nutrients rich diet, less alcohol, daily steps…

Yes it takes some discipline but it pays off : weight loss, decreased pain, increased confidence and energy, better sleep…overall both mentally and physically healthier!

We have started this journey on 21st September and we can’t wait to see how far she’ll go 😁🙏🏼

In aid of Glass Door Homeless Charity, we are organizing a Dance-A-Thon, Sunday 13 November 11:30-1pm at Sport St Mary'sTwickenham, TW1 4SX.

Come with family, friends, regardless of age or abilities! Let’s have lots of fun while supporting a great cause! 100% of the profits will go to Glass Door, a London charity helping to provide shelters, hot food and support to those affected by homelessness.
