With the author of The Nkara Chronicles, Moon Lane is delighted to host author Davina Tijani and illustrator Adam Douglas-Bagley on the 13th of August to celebrate the release of their new book, ‘Yomi and the Curse of the Grootslang’.

Come along for an adventure and learn all about amazing creatures from African mythology, and magical dragons in an exciting workshop with Davina. We will also have the talented Adam Douglas-Bagley do a window painting, bringing the story to life! ✨

Tickets will be priced at £3 and will also be redeemable against the price of the book.

Whether you’re inspired by your favorite fairy tales 🧚🏽 or ready to invent your own heroes 🦸 and adventures, this event is perfect for kids aged 4-9 who love books and art 🎨🖼️

Use our art supplies to create a vibrant and unique book cover. We’ll provide blank templates, colorful markers, crayons, stickers, and more as well as helping your little one develop a simple and exciting plotline for their book cover.
