There’s something incredibly special about TARKA at Peligoni

For our team, it’s about so much more than running activities. It’s the chance to play a key part in a child’s holiday - making them laugh, building their confidence and creating the kind of memories they’ll be talking about for years to come.

Seeing familiar faces return year after year and the excitement when children spot an instructor they remember from the summer before is amazing. Those relationships are what make it so special for us.

And no two days ever look the same for a TARKA child. From SUP Total Wipeout, Tennis Trickery and dodgeball to Nerf and water-gun battles, slip ’n slide and pontoon and pool parties every session is high-energy, creative and endless fun!

It’s been an unforgettable season so far and we can’t wait to be back this October half term, to make even more memories!

We’ve spent years looking for the right space in Clapham. We found it.

From 26-30 October, Honeywell School becomes TARKA’s newest home — a full-size sports hall, an astro for sprinting flat out, and a playground for the in-between moments. Half day and full day camps, Monday to Friday, with early drop-off and late pick-up for ages 5-7 available this October half term.

Full week bookings already save 15%. The first five families to book save 25% instead.

Expertly run camps will run from 19-30 October across six London venues, plus at Daylesford Organic. Clapham will be launching shortly in a great new venue….watch this space 👀 !

We greatly enjoyed running the family day for the London private members’ club in August. We turned their amazing garden into a full TARKA extravaganza.

A bungee run, a penalty shoot-out, cookie making, obstacle courses, face painting..the activities were endless.

It was so fantastic to see so many happy children!

Look closely and there’s a lesson in every frame: a foot finding its balance on a beam, a boy locked in concentration on a slider, and two instructors cheering a team through an obstacle.

Jack is one of the full-time TARKA team, and our Chief Instructor - king of all classes, from regular term time classes, to holiday camps, to sessions out in The Peligoni Club.

He is a huge hit with the children which is no surprise to us!

Recruits (18 months-3 years) is a 45-minute session built around fine and gross motor skills, problem solving, teamwork and communication, with a grown-up by their side the whole time.

Troopers (3-5 years) is an hour of themed adventures, learning through movement instead of sitting still.

Saturday Club (3-7 years) is three hours of physical, cognitive and social development, and it comes with a free trial if you’d like to see it for yourself!

Autumn Term runs 3 September to 11 December, in Notting Hill and Fulham. Small groups, properly trained instructors, every session.
