Crafty Chefs We offer fun and creative children's cooking classes and workshops based in North London. We support cooking at schools, nurseries and children's centres.

We also take bookings for cooking, chocolate and afternoon tea parties. Crafty Chefs run Cookery Workshops and classes for Toddlers through to Teens. We make cooking fun and teach your children a variety of skills. Our classes develop confidence, encourage creativity, explore different cultures and we also touch upon subjects in other areas of the curriculum such as Maths and Science. We also offe

r a wide range of scrumptious cooking parties such as Dinner, Sleepover, Cake and Biscuit Decorating, Chocolate and Afternoon Tea Parties. We come into schools, nurseries and children's centres to run workshops in line with the curriculum. We can help your child complete their Duke of Edinburgh Award Cooking Skills, this is a 3 month course teaching them basics in cooking. We have our very own Cookbook and have created special recipes for children with food allergies. Bespoke events are also catered for and requests are most welcome.

Today we were back at HAF Summer Camp having some fun with food!

Were you always told not to play with your food? …

Well today we had a blank canvas (cream cracker) and we made some butterflies and snails. Whilst learning all about where our food comes from!

Day 3 of week 2 🥤 Starbucks!
A lovely fluffy Victoria sponge slice, with homemade raspberry jam. Bear Cake pops turned out a treat as well as the egg bites which we made some red pepper and spring onion and some with prosciutto ham. We finished with a nice ice cold Strawberries and cream Frappuccino, we made the strawberry drizzle… perfect in today’s scorching 🥵 weather. We are so grateful for the air con in the kitchen at Hazelwood School.

That’s us done with our own Crafty Chefs summer camps this year…watch this space for half term camps… I hope we have inspired some of you and the children to get in the kitchen over the summer and let’s get cooking!!

Day 2 of week 2 we made Greggs!
Sausages rolls, veggie bakes, chocolate cream Eclairs and iced doughnuts. Great work today, the choice pastry is a hard recipe to crack and we nailed it today at camp 💪… our last day tomorrow and it’s Starbucks theme! Check back tomorrow to find out what we make!
