The Hospital Day Nursery

Thank you to everyone that came to The Hospital Day Nursery fun day on Saturday. We raised a huge £2500 in just 4 hours for Breast Cancer Uk. This is a charity that is very close to our hearts.

🐾 This year’s theme is Puzzling Pets! We are celebrating our fabulous, furry, feathery, soft & slinky, slimy, wonderful pet friends in our Puzzling Pets Maize Maze! 🐾

😺Join us this summer to find all your favourite pets in the Maize Maze and discover which pet is purrfect for you! 🐶

Thank you to everyone for helping us to name our two gorgeous tortoises. We are pleased to say that we have decided to call them Tilly and Turbo.

Tilly and Turbo are loving their new home and definitely enjoying all the attention.

The end of another era for so many of our families, some have been with the nursery for 11 years. We are so proud of every child that is going to school as you have all grown into independent fun loving boys and girls. You have amazing new chapters ahead of you and will thrive in your new schools and make many new friendships along the way ❤️

We raised a grand total of £1880.00 yesterday at our nursery fun day, not bad at all for 4 hrs work.
Every penny raised will be split between two amazing charities, Brain Tumour Research and SANDS. These charities are extremely close to our hearts.

The Hospital Day Nursery at Queen Mary’s Hospital in Sidcup has a family funday on Saturday 24th June, 11am till 3pm. All money raised will be donated to Brain tumour research and SANDs. These charities are very close to our hearts.

£1 to enter for all adults, children go free.

We have lots of fun exciting activities happening throughout the day and some of the main events include:
12.00pm - Police horse
1.00pm - Diddy dancing dance show
2.00pm - 2 surprise guests
Police car/police bike/fire engine

We also have a bouncy castle, beat the goalie, hook a duck, throw the sponge, face painting, tattoos, nail art, sweet stall, hot dogs, ice cream van and many more fun and exciting games and activities.

There will be a raffle with some amazing prizes, prizes include a cash prize, afternoon tea, spa break, gym sessions, family days out, hampers and many more prizes.
