At babyballet, we offer four stages of ballet dance classes, for young children aged 18 months to 6 years, plus a tap dancing class for children over 3 years. babyballet teachers all undergo babyballet training, and with professional dance and teaching experience, they strive to create a fun, friendly and inclusive experience for everyone – no matter what your child’s age or ability. Our classes are a great way for parents and carers to meet up and make new friends too! Our programme fits well within the UK Government’s Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, with our classes providing the opportunity for babies and young children to learn and develop key life skills in a healthy and safe environment. All classes need to be booked and paid for one term in advance.

Little dancers, big progress 🩰

Sometimes it’s the little things we notice most — joining in a little more, remembering a step or simply feeling more confident each week. ❤️

Starting something new can feel a little daunting for little ones. 🩰

Some children are happy to join in from the very first class, while others need a little more time to watch, get familiar with their teacher and feel comfortable in their new surroundings. There’s no right or wrong way to settle in.

That’s exactly why we offer a 3-week taster course rather than just one taster class. It gives your little one the chance to come along, get to know the class and gradually build their confidence without any pressure.

Our classes are relaxed, friendly and age-appropriate, giving every child the space to settle in and enjoy dancing in their own way. 💕
