We’ve just opened our new training centre in Crawley, and to mark the launch, we’re inviting people who are looking to get into construction to join our fully funded Traffic Marshalling Bootcamp.

If you’re thinking about a fresh start, or you want to step into a stable, hands-on career in construction, this is exactly the kind of opportunity we would encourage you to take seriously. It’s designed to give you real, practical skills alongside recognised qualifications, plus the support you need to move into work on site.

Across the programme, you’ll be trained in:

Traffic marshalling (banksman) duties
Safe movement of vehicles on construction sites
Hand signalling and site communication
Essential health & safety practices for site work

You’ll also gain:

Level 2 Health & Safety in the Workplace
Level 1 Manual Handling
Level 1 Traffic Marshalling
Level 2 Working in Confined Spaces
CSCS Green Labourer Card

If you’re local to the area, you may have already noticed some activity taking place on Queensway Street recently, that’s us. Behind the scenes, our team has been working hard to transform the space into a brand-new training hub designed to support people looking to gain new skills, progress in their careers, and access meaningful opportunities.

Our vision is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where individuals can access guidance, qualifications, training, and career support to help them take their next step — whether that means starting a new career, building confidence, or progressing within their current role.

We’re incredibly proud to soon become part of the Crawley community and contribute in a positive and practical way by supporting local people on their educational and professional journeys.
