We at Cuddly Bear DayCare recognise the hard work of a great early years professional and try hard to make our settings great places of work. You have to love this age group - they are so special as they learn and develop so much! A nurturing, patient and kind Leader is needed for our lovely team of like-minded and mature individuals.

Room Leader – Pre-School; Sydenham Hill
If you are as curious, playful and creative as our 3 and 4 year olds, you’ll probably be just fine…! You must be able to spark learning and fun in our pre-schoolers, building resilience, kindness and independence as they get school ready.

Both roles require fab understanding of children and colleagues as individuals. Plus warmth, kindness and a learning-mind as we provide as much an enabling environment for our teams as our children.

• Babies, Toddlers, 2-3 Year Group; Under 3’s Manager

These are fab opportunities for an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager, EY Teacher or similar who wants to develop their next step in their early years career and practice with an experienced management team to support them.
