We provide only professional high end training based on a fusion between classic style of service and modern mixology techniques. Students can choose the International mixology course or the Advanced molecular course depending on their professional requirements and competence, but don’t worry, we will evaluate every single student before the enrolment in order to provide the most suitable learning

path! The school’s learning programs are based on a unique 70/30 split that shares the training time between the real life practical application within our fully functional development bar, and learning the theoretical principles!
