Lola established in 2017 with a powerful mission to empower girls and women to unleash their full potential.

Through initiatives like the bInspired Mentoring Programme and , she has supported confidence, career awareness, and practical skills for thousands of girls and women.

bloss.m is dedicated to building a fair society that recognises and supports women’s contributions, whether here in the UK or overseas.

With over 4,000 girls impacted, Lola’s work continues to create meaningful change, especially through bloss.m Scholars, which uplifts African and Caribbean girls, and the bInspired programme, which collaborates with corporate organisations to help young women grow personally and professionally.

Our founder was part of an incredible panel at the Tate Modern!

At bloss.m, we champion the voices of underrepresented perspectives, particularly African and Caribbean girls in the UK.

During the discussion, she shared how we prioritise placing girls at the forefront of our initiatives, involving them in our design process and youth-led projects.

In 2023, we delved deep into understanding their challenges and aspirations, leading to the creation of bloss.m Scholars, a leadership academy dedicated to these amazing girls.

Our approach, informed by methods like focus groups and co-designing, ensures their voices shape every aspect of our programmes

The recent “What Matters Trend report” by and Space Doctors reaffirms the importance of empowering ordinary individuals as change-makers, echoing our founder’s mission.
