I've been practicing yoga for 12 years and always found it a grounding antidote to the fast-paced world of journalism that I work in. I started out practicing Asthanga, then Power and finally settled on Vinyasa yoga in various schools both in London and Sydney. I gained my 200-hour teacher training certificate in 2017, under the guidance of Erin Prichard, and I am registered with Yoga Alliance UK.

Originally from South Africa, I have two little boys and my passion is teaching fellow mums and dads. It doesn't matter how inflexible, unfit or unspiritual you are, yoga is for EVERY BODY and I'm excited to show you how. My teaching schedule is:

About me

I teach vinyasa yoga classes that are both fun and spiritual. I've been practicing yoga since 2004 and always found it a grounding antidote to the fast-paced world of journalism that I work in. I started out practicing Asthanga, then Power and finally settled on Vinyasa yoga in various schools both in London and Sydney. I gained my 200-hour teacher training certificate in 2017, under the guidance of Erin Prichard, and I am registered with Yoga Alliance UK. Originally from South Africa, I have two little boys and my passion is teaching people interested in exercising both their bodies and minds. It doesn't matter how inflexible, unfit or unspiritual you are, yoga is for EVERY BODY and I'm excited to show you how. Currently teaching online classes via Zoom: MON 7:30am
