* Yoga [Sanskrit], connection, union. Yoga is a living thing! The ancient yogis studied and practiced it for thousands of years in order to reach a deeper understanding and to hand it over the generations. Today life demands us to incorporate this knowledge in our everyday existence.

🕉️End of term and end of yoga for The Special Child ! I will see you back in September! Have a wonderful summer holiday everyone 🎉!! It was amazing ! I learned so much ! Jobs are gooden 😻 I love working with this boy ! His attention and focus are so much better lately His practice is getting more and more independent! His balance and stillness have improved consistently!!
