Just a heads-up for anyone organising childcare…..
Biggin Hill Holiday Squad won’t be running this Easter or May half term. We’re really sorry — we’ll miss all the children!
We will update you in June about any summer plans.

🌿 Mini Adventure Day Out – Wednesday 18th February!
Our next adventure is all set, and it’s going to be a fantastic mix of outdoor fun and hands‑on creativity. Children will be getting stuck into:

🪵 Den building
🧗 Low rope adventure course
🚴 Pedal karts
🐦 Making bird feeders

🌲 February Half-Term Trip Announcement!
We’re excited to confirm that we’ll be heading to Friends of Downe Activity Centre for a full day of outdoor fun. This will be the only day the Squad runs during February half term, so we expect places to go quickly.

📅 Date: Wednesday 18th February 2026
⏰ Time: 9am–4pm
🧒 Ages: Age 5-11 Children must have stated year 1
📍 Drop-off & Pick-up: Friends of Downe Activity Centre, Birdhouse Lane, Downe BR6 7LJ (just 5 minutes from Cudham School)

🍽 Lunch: Please send a packed lunch and water bottle. Hot lunches in a flask (e.g., soup) are welcome but not essential. No nuts please, including Nutella and pesto.
🍪 Snacks: Our famous biscuits + fruit provided.
🎯 Activities: Mostly outdoor sessions led by Downe instructors, supported by BHHS staff. Indoor spaces available for warming up.
🧣 What to bring: Layers, waterproofs, wellies, hats, scarves, and two spare sets of clothes—we’ll be out in all weathers!
💷 Price: £32
💳 Tax-Free Childcare: Still accepted, as the trip is part of Biggin Hill Holiday Squad. Many families qualify—worth checking if you haven’t recently.
