If any of you read the fabulous and very popular Donna Tartt novel years ago, The Secret History, you may have heard of her new novel which is called The Goldfinch. It has had great reviews and is available this week for just £1.99, so I have just downloaded it.
If you haven't heard of her first book, The Secret History then that is definitely a must read and is also just £1.99 at the moment!

Just finished this book The Husband's Secret, recommended to me by Sharon Beck it was a really great, quick read. And you can't help but relate to lots of the being a Mum bits, the playground politics etc, the getting older etc etc! It's a little far fetched in parts, but sometimes it's good to read book that ties up all the loose ends neatly. Definitely worth a read, anyone else read it?
