Community Tracks provides rural communities below the poverty line, particularly in developing countries, with sustainable healthcare technology solutions and associated education that enhances the quality of life. Relief Services associate the deployment of technology solutions with education in rural communities. Our technology solutions deliver patient records and medical history along with RFID card identification in areas where establishing patient information is particularly difficult. The patient data is held on a secure central databases accessed locally and remotely by authorized mobile computing devices. Research and development activities involve stakeholders in defining and designing solutions, facilitating sustainability through the involvement of the local communities.

This is the story of thousands of women in many cities in India, working for local waste dealers and enduring poor rates, unjust practices, and financial debt.

A BRIEF STORYBOARD ON OUR EFFORTS

In a clinic run in an urban slum, Suresh helps residents get an identification card for the first time in their lives. But it also has an RFID chip on it, so the clinic worker Nitin can pull their medical record when they visit.

The doctor, Poonam, gives her directions and the record is updated keeping a history of this patient for future use. Raman can also update records during his tour of the slum community.
