The psychology of being a beginner.

We’re putting together a thought piece about the psychology of being a beginner, and we’d love your input.

Starting something new as an adult can feel surprisingly daunting. There’s the fear of looking silly, not being good enough, walking into a room where everyone seems to know what they’re doing, or simply not knowing what to expect.

Thinking back to when you first started Ceroc, what was the biggest barrier in your own head before you walked through the door? And was the reality anything like you imagined?

We’d love to hear your thoughts, particularly what helped you get past those first-time nerves.
