Every school trip is unique, and your groups will be too!

At the weekend, Amanda and Rich from TripPA went to the wedding of two former students, who first met while at the same school many years ago.

It was a heart-warming weekend, full of conversations with former students and colleagues about international trips, music tours, performances, long journeys, and the shared experiences that came with them.

We were genuinely moved by how much those trips still meant to everyone all these years later. Many remembered tiny details we’d long forgotten ourselves, and some still had their original tour t-shirts! It was so touching to see that the friendships formed and strengthened during those trips were still going strong over 10 years later, and it was a powerful reminder that school trips are never “just trips”.

Long after the stress and the admin has been forgotten, those experiences are often what stay with people most, and that’s why we care so much about making great trips possible!

One of the simplest but most appreciated things we’ve built into TripPA is Single Sign-On with both Microsoft and Google.

It means staff don’t need another username or password to remember, they just use their existing school account and they’re straight in.

Most school trip registers give you one long list and leave you to figure the rest out, but trips don’t often work like that.
