At the beginning of Pride month, we've been reflecting on what it means to build a workplace culture where everyone can bring their whole self to work.
Not a curated version or a careful version. Their actual self.
How do we make it easier for the people around us to be their authentic selves?
How do we choose curiosity and kindness when our instinct might be to judge?
What might change in the workplace if every person felt completely safe to be themselves?
Pride Month is a time to recommit, individually and as an organisation, to the work of making sure everyone feels free to be their best selves at work.
At ACER we are committed!
Happy Pride Month.
