At Nanos Spanish we offer classes for toddlers in the SW London area. We aim to introduce a second language through games, action songs and educational activities. Parents and toddlers can start together the magical journey of learning a new language.

Sometimes we focus a lot in what we are not doing and forget that every little thing we do will build up and shape a bilingual mind.

I had my fights and worries in my children’s bilingual journey but the result is a love for different cultures, an interest and motivation to keep learning and mostly very good times in different languages!
💪🏽Keep going, it will be worth it!

Multilingual families

I speak Spanish at home most of the time, still my children’s language journey has not been straight forward.

Bringing up bilingual or trilingual children-in my case- is not straight forward and can be frustrating.

My motto has always been to just keep talking to them in Spanish and supporting their German in the occasions and appropriate contexts that I find.
Nurture the connection with our different cultures and celebrate our diversity.

We couldn’t make it to Spain this Christmas.
We waved the ferry goodbye after nearly not making it because the car wouldn’t start.
We had a problem logging in on our international travel pass on the nhs app and so we couldn’t board 😭😭😭
But we are together, celebrated together and that’s the most important thing.
Belated Merry Christmas to you all and let’s cheer for a good 2022!!! 🥂
