This weekends Gay Pride Parade is about celebrating being happy in your own skin and enjoying a day with friends, partners and family. If you are looking to get or stay fit over the summer why not get your space confirmed on one of our Summer Boxing Camps. Open to boys and girls come and train like an athlete with a wide mixture of training drills and fitness sessions. You will be sure to come away feeing fitter, stronger and healthier for your new academic year for school. All the boys and girls that take part in sports will go into their new season fit sharp and ready.

Most Improved Lady from Jan-Jun 2019 goes to one of the original girls to first join the class and has lost out to some good competition over a month period but over the last 6 months she has shown consistency and also over last couple of month stayed dedicated to her fitness and training. Well done #🏆

Lady of the month for June goes to .stxo she has shown massive improvements in isolated circuits and has taken her fitness to the next level. Well done .stxo 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

Well Done to Kyreece Griffiths for winning most improved boxer for Jan-June 2019. He had the least amount of sparring and was still willing to compete a skills bout at short notice. He had also improved many aspects of his training one of those being consistent with his training. Well done buddy 👌🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊
