A #FairPayNow Guarantee for supply staff and lower fees for schools!
We believe that schools have been overcharged and supply teachers have been underpaid for too long by traditional teaching agencies. So, we’ve said NO to commission and YES to charging schools more fairly and paying our Supply Heroes what they deserve!
With our #FairPayNow Guarantee, Supply Heroes are ensured the best rates, which means that if you find a higher rate elsewhere for an equivalent booking, we’ll beat it! Our schools are also getting an excellent deal, spending up to 20% less on supply bookings than they were with a traditional agency.
Whether you register with us as a supply teacher, teaching assistant, cover supervisor (aka Supply Hero) or as a school, there’s something to offer everyone, but one of the greatest benefits is the control you have over your supply bookings.
By using our app, Supply Heroes can filter the job notifications they receive, selecting subject specialisms, locations and more. They then can also decide which bookings they work and those they don’t.
