A nervous dog doesn't need to be flooded. They need to be understood.

My whole philosophy is: LESS IS MORE.

When we over-control a fearful, under-socialised dog, we just add to their anxiety.

What actually works?

1. A safe, controlled space.
2. A calm, quiet environment.
3. No bullying, no inappropriate behaviour.
4. And then... we step back.

We allow them to just be dogs. To work it out for themselves. To make their own choice about whether they feel safe.

That's where real confidence comes from.

For some dogs it's a short process. For others - especially those who never learned the rules of play and have poor etiquette - it's a much longer journey.

But when they get there, the change is real and it lasts.
We go at their pace, not ours.
