After a big old break of....erm... a year?! Im looking forward to getting ImprovFACE going again this SEPTEMBER! Dont know exactly where in Penge yet? But soon! If anyone wants to help me get it off the ground, that'd be great. Im hoping to run a 7 week beginners course.

Hi all.
Only one person turned up on Tuesday, so me and him decided to go down the pub instead :)
I genuinely believe that we can get an improv community going in SE London, but I also realise that we need a pool of about 50 interested people, meaning that we get at least 10 people attending every event.
With this in mind, I'm going to stop all the workshops for now, sort out flyers/posters and advertise to a much wider audience, hopefully putting us in a better position once we start up again.
Ive ran events for 10 years and this is completely normal when starting something up from scratch, so im not worried (gulp)
I will be in touch with all of you sometime in September and we'll build it from there.

Hi all
It is with great pleasure that im able to announce the very first improvFACE beginners improv comedy course in Penge. Starting on TUESDAY 2nd AUGUST in the Crooked Billet Function Room. 7pm - 10pm. £10 per person.
I (almost) promise that you'll laugh at least once, (probably) begin to overcome some sort of guilt or shame based thing you learnt as a kid and (it's possible) you will have fun like you havent had since before the referendum.
Doesnt that sound exciting?
Just to clarify, absolute beginners as well as human beans with previous improv experience are welcome.

We are Steve and John and we want to teach you how to be an improviser, performing comedy and maybe even a little drama if your that way inclined? A bit like 'Whose Line Is It Anyway?'. The sessions are for complete beginners with absolutely no previous experience.

We are still looking at venue's, so ALL suggestions are most welcome and as soon as we have the venue and dates in place we'll be in touch.
It know it all sounds a bit vague at the moment, but I couldnt sit by and listen to another negative news story, without trying to do something in the opposite direction that will lift my spirits.
