I was invited to Rome this week to deliver The Six Types of Working Genius training to a European team. I took time out to attend the local derby between Roma and Lazio which was an amazing spectacle. The team and the match reminded me just how much can be achieved when individual talent, commitment, and passion combines to take us into battle in this ever competitive world. I’ve some news. After four fantastic years, I’ve given notice to leave my Business & Development role at Tileyard Studios at the end of March. It’s been my privilege to oversee the (re)development of office space and studio suites, the Campfire Bar / venue, and Vinyl Cafe, or as I think of it, creating great spaces for great people, and to be involved in the training and coaching of teams across the campus.

I will be concentrating on furthering my passion for coaching, training and consultancy. I am delighted therefore to retain a base at Tileyard King’s Cross every Wednesday.

So, I now have more capacity for work with individuals, couples, teams, leaders, Boards, churches and organisations. Therefore, any recommendations from you, friends, would be most welcome!

Indeed, you may be interested in some training for your staff team. It’s a model I’ve been using for two years now which has been universally well received by my personal and company clients. ‘Working Genius’ is a very straightforward tool but hugely enlightening as to how and why people thrive or struggle in the workplace.
