How it started vs howโs its goingโฆ Two year 4 children came to see Mrs Lipshaw with an idea - the โNo Be Lonely Clubโ. They wanted a suggestion box for ideas and to monitor the playground to make sure everyone was playing happily. So a meeting was arranged, a poster created and their box now sits proudly on the front desk. In assembly today Mrs Lipshaw presented them with their own bespoke sashes to wear whilst on duty. Mrs Lipshaw loves to hear from the children and see their ideas become reality. Good luck girls!

Our succah has been a hive of activity today! We loved welcoming in our Reception parents and grandparents this morning. Everyone enjoyed group tefillah, sang Succot songs and the children were all given a snack bag to eat in the succah. There was also a craft activity to do together, making a Sefer Torah from felt and pom poms to be used on Simchat Torah. All classes will be visiting the succah this week and 2 of our year groups enjoyed lunch al fresco today with the other year groups planned for later in the week. A full day of celebrating Succot! If the Reception children (and teachers) were particularly Zen today thatโs because theyโve had a spa day! They donned their dressing gowns and slippers for a mini Spa day as part of their PSED topic of looking after our mental health and well-being. They enjoyed mindfulness colouring, cooking, taking part in yoga and meditation sessions and visiting their own wellness spa!
