Latvian partner Austrumlatvijas Tehnoloģiju vidusskola produced Scale: Scaling Up Applied Creativity Labs for Europe t-shirts and tote bags to promote the project to their national stakeholders, as well as distributing some to transnational partners.

Researchers found that while young people reported disruption and concern for their future due to both the issues of climate change and COVID-19, climate change was associated with greater distress overall, and especially in young people with low levels of generalised anxiety.

“We start as students occupying schools and universities, but we need all of society to take radical action with us to end fossil [fuels],” the campaign said. “Only with as a mass movement that involves all of society taking responsibility to stop the fossil fuel era can we truly change the system."
