We welcomed four new students to WAM Studio in July for our 7-Day Intensive Wig Making Course. Elisabetta, Ellie, Angelina and Jorge Franco started the course learning how to prepare a clients hair ready for a wig or headwrap. Great first day!

Let’s start knotting our wigs! We spend a couple of days of our 7-Day Intensive Wig Making course refining our knotting/ventilating techniques and learning about the different knotting directions for each area of our wig. Our students then carry on their good work at home to finish their wigs. Some beautiful knotting here under the expert guidance of our Master Wig Tutor !😊🤩

Swiss lace fronts! Time to lay down our 40 denier Swiss lace, smoothing and pinning into place so it lies perfectly flat over the forehead, the hairline and parting. Good tension means the lace lies flat, so no ripples or lifting away from the head. Excellent work from Cynthia, Kai, Emma, Erika, Grayson and Helena under the watchful eye of Master Wig Tutor
