Join Laura Kenyon this Sat 12th Sept at 12pm in Springfield park for a juicy yoga session!
We will meet at 11:50am in front of Springfield House and walk together to a flat area. Do not worry if it is your first or hundredth yoga class. Laura will lead the class and cater to individual needs. Please bring a yoga mat, water and comfy clothes to move in.

Sat 12 Sept 12pm Flower Painting for Textiles FREE WORKSHOP led by Pattern Textiles at The Stables E5, Springfield Park

A 90 min hands on workshop exploring the creative potential of watercolour ink to create contemporary floral designs for fashion print. Using playful experimentation with colour, layering, and mark-making, participants will develop expressive floral motifs that can be adapted into striking prints designs for womenswear. Open to beginners and has limited spaces.

Mill Co. is hosting another day of FREE activities around creativity and wellbeing. Activities will take place at The Stables, this Saturday, 12th September in the heart of Springfield Park.

Join Alya at 1pm for an ‘Afro Beats’ Dance Class in the park.

This 50 min ‘Afro Beats’ dance class is high-energy, fun and empowering! Anliya will guide you through a dynamic warm-up, transition into fundamental footwork and body isolations, and finish with a full choreography routine.
We will meet in front of Springfield house 12:50pm and find a flat surface. Just follow the music and you will find us!

We look forward to hosting a new artist in residency for “MADAMA” by Iole La Sala.

Iole will be hosting professional class Monday 7th and Tuesday 8th Sept 9 - 10 AM as well as an end of residency performance Friday at 3 PM.

“MADAMA is an interdisciplinary dance-theatre project building a new choreographic language rooted in the female body, memory, gesture and physical power. Drawing from post-war Italian imagery, the work explores how women’s bodies carry and transform traces shaped by love, violence and social expectation, reclaiming the figure of the “spinster” as a symbol of resilience and creative power.”
