🌻OM MANI PADME HUM🌻

This mantra is said to encapsulate Buddha's entire teachings within it. And tonight we are going to let this beautiful mantra carry us through our Akhanda yoga practice, using our breath and bodies to realise our own Buddha nature.

💜Tonight we focus on postures, breath, mantra and meditation to restore energy in the crown or Sahasrara chakra - the region which when balanced is capable of feeling complete clarity and purity; emotions we can connect with when we are not stuck in our minds. 💜

Come catch your breath with me....

8.15pm at Goose green clinic. East dulwich road

☀️🌻🙌🏼I offer Reiki healing and am happy to come to you anywhere in London.🙌🏼🌻☀️

Reiki is a wonderful nurturing and safe practice which assists your body, mind and spirit's own natural healing process. There is nothing quite like the sense of relief and warmth after a session and I would recommend it to anyone just for a pick me up!

OR if you have deeper and darker problems; feeling jaded and anxious, out of touch with earths rhythms, physically ill and achey, etc etc... then Reiki can help you.

£30 for roughly one hour although I always seem to go over!

Love and healing 💛🤗🙏🏼🌻✌🏼️X###x

🙋🏼Bonjour beautiful people of Facebook. 🙋🏼

☀️If you live in London and you're interested in practicing yoga and would prefer a private class I am happy to travel to you if you have space in your home. Or if you have space at your work and you want to arrange classes there we can organise something. ☀️

🌻I teach Akhanda yoga. 'Akhanda' can be translated from Sanskrit as 'whole', and so it emphasises all aspects of yoga- the physical postures, breath, sound work and meditation. I can design classes to suit your individual needs. 🌻

💛£40 for 1 hour or £50 for 90 mins.
( You are welcome to split this price between a group)

Feel free to message me if you have any questions at all!

Blessings,
Pob ### 💁🏼🌻🙏🏼

Donna Farhi blowing my mind right now... "As you move towards mastery in the asana, relinquish your attachment to being the mover of the pose; instead, let yourself be moved. Then there is no one left to do the posture, only the posture living itself through you." SOO NIIICE! :)
