DAY 24 AM
30 days with Hildegard von Bingen
daily meditation and contemplation with an 11th century mystic

Let those who live with eyes wide open and hear with open ears welcome with love these mystical words, which have come from him who is Life. Hildegard von Bingen

Read about it on the blog
https://anihu.ildikokudlik.com/30-days-with-hildegard-von-bingen/

The program runs for 30 days, from the 16th of January to the 14 February, 2026

PRACTICALITIES
Each morning around 5am CET a short video will be posted on our YOUTUBE and TIKTOK channels introducing a short meditation and the text for daily contemplation. Then in the evening, around 5pm CET another short video will be posted with the evening contemplations.

The source of the program is Let there be light by Hildegard de Bingen

SUGGESTIONS
The purpose of this program is to open a gate for you to gain spiritual insight and wisdom. We are all connected to the Source/Divine Presence/God (use your own word). It is a video book for a special kind of spiritual journey that offers insight and guidance. Please remember that this program intends to ‘free’ your spirit not to confine it so please go with what feels right. I offer a structure for you but you do not need to follow it if it does not work for you.

Don’t be surprised if you understand nothing. Understanding is not the point! Go with what feels right, simply allow Spirit to guide you through the next 30 days.

❣️‼️❣️

Students haven't lost the ability to work through confusion, but they've developed an automatic reflex to avoid it. Remove the escape hatch, and the ability returns within minutes.
