Speaker: Prof Stephen Palmer PhD
Platform: Zoom
The 'Winter Blues' is a popular term used by the public although it is not a medical condition. Then the presentation will focus on practical, coping strategies including easy to use thinking skills to challenge any 'Winter Blues Thinking'.
