We host a variety of modern cake, cupcake and biscuit decorating classes in London. We offer scheduled group classes as well as private classes, and hen parties, children's parties and corporate events can all catered for. We pride ourselves on our small sized classes so that you get the most out of the session and all equipment and cakes are provided and included in the price.

I'm thrilled to be part of the Judging Panel for the Platinum Pudding Competition along with: Monica Galetti, Liam Charles, Regula Ysewijn, Fortnum & Mason Executive Pastry Chef; Roger Pizey, Matt Adlard, Head Chef of the Royal Household, Mark Flanagan LVO and Dame Mary Berry as Panel Chair!

The competition is to search for a pudding which can be named after Her Majesty, to both thank and honour her for 70 years of service to the nation.
