Metal Element & Tiger Weekend Workshop - 28th & 29th September 2019

Metal represents the season on Autumn, a time when universal energy begins to close down in preparation for the stillness of Winter. In this workshop, using Metal and Tiger Chi Kung forms, postures and sounds we look to slow down and condense energy within the body with a focus on the lung and large intestine. Strong Metal leads to clarity of mind and a positive, open and bright energy.

The workshop is open to all levels. Please wear loose clothing and bring a blanket.
Date: 28th & 29th September 2019
Time: 10am to 5pm each day
Price: £120 EARLY BIRD if booked before 15th September (£150 thereafter)

'Bring in the Spring' by joining us on our Wood Element & Deer Chi Kung workshop taking place on 16th & 17th March in London.

The element for Spring is Wood. This is a time of growth, sexual energy and new beginnings after the Winter thaw. Wood supports endurance and stamina, and stimulates the liver and gallbladder. In this workshop, using the graceful movements of the Deer Chi Kung, postures and sounds, we'll bring clarity and presence to the mind.

Our recent Chi Kung retreat in Sicily was a great success! Beautiful venue and scenery, fantastic food and, of course, great Chi Kung!

Thalbert is fresh back from teaching on our summer Chi Kung. If you missed out on the retreat and want some summer Chi Kung fun we have a great one day Fire Element workshop on 5th August.

The Element workshops series, starting again in Autumn 2017, will gain the added benefit of sounds and animal forms. Thalbert’s exploration and desire to evolve the work has led him to make each workshop a more comprehensive experience, adding potency and depth. The Element workshops will focus on the different vibrational qualities and energies according to the season or time of year.
