I am really excited to share that I’ll be hosting a Spring Equinox ceremony at Evolve Wellness Centre South Kensington, London. March 16th 3pm.

We will work with guided meditation, ceremonial grade raw cacao, energy healing and the power of crystals to bring balance to the Yin and Yang within. Spring Equinox is an incredibly powerful time of year so join me to celebrate this energy.

I have loved adding cacao to my energy healing work, since my time in San Marcos, Guatemala last year with beautiful Maren Lander (forever grateful to u for holding that space for me), Izaias Sajvin , Keith's Cacao and so many others. This is an incredible empowering superfood and plant medicine.
