Join us next week as we go on an interactive mission to find Baby Shark and his family in the Great Barrier Reef - the most magical place on Earth. Beyond the wonders of the deep and other mysteries of the sea, we find Baby Shark and his family having fun Baby SensoryTM style!
This session is filled with delights that will thrill and captivate parents and babies A N D get everyone moving with a famous little shark that you simply cannot stop talking about - doo-doo-doo-doo-doo-doo……!

The majority of our Class Practitioners are parents themselves and understand just how difficult & lonely (as well as how wonderful) being a new parent can be.

Our Baby Sensory classes are therefore a safe space for you to:

-learn about your baby's development

-discover new activities to try with your baby

-ask questions and share concerns

-be together with other parents and babies

-chat to other parents with babies of a similar age

-gain reassurance if you're struggling

It’s superhero week! I hope all the babies are ready to save the sun which has been stolen by Saby Bensory 👽

It’s a lovely session filled with lots of lights, gigantic balloons, a ufo and so much more!

The wonderful will be in our Streatham and Tooting classes this week.

They gently paint little ones hand or foot to take a beautiful print straight onto an unpainted item of pottery (mugs, plates, vases and hanging decorations will be available) These pieces make wonderful gifts and keepsakes that last a lifetime.

We can’t wait to see you all for Magic week 🪄

Please remember to wear socks once you are sat on the mats! We want to encourage those tiny hands to explore and would love to try and keep all surface areas as clean and sanitised as possible!

Most mums have days when they feel really down. This is perfectly normal.

Looking after a baby, being constantly on call and coping with the daily demands of life is not easy.

However, some mums feel low, anxious, depressed, and miserable most of the time or are so utterly exhausted that they feel physically ill.

Those feeling like this may be suffering from postnatal depression. This can occur anytime within the first year after the birth of a baby. It can develop suddenly, it can be mild or severe and it can happen to mums with their first, second or last child. (About 10% of new fathers may also suffer from postnatal depression).
