TTAdventures 2024: A huge thank to everyone that contributed to a successful year!
Instructors, contributors and clients!
Highlights of 2024:
Empowered Teams Through Nature
This year, we had the privilege of working with countless teams from diverse industries, helping them strengthen bonds, improve communication and build resilience. Our campfire sessions have also been a hit and every event reaffirmed the transformative power of nature in team-building.
Expanded Our Reach
We launched events in new locations, bringing our outdoor leadership and team-building programs to more teams in ranging settings.
Client Success Stories
Our greatest achievement in 2024 has been the impact we’ve made on our clients.
Commitment to Well-Being
This year we adapted our events with a commitment to fostering well-being. By blending outdoor challenges with mindfulness and reflection, we helped teams recharge mentally, physically and emotionally. This will only increase in 2025 with our focus on hybrid working effects on employee and the use of AI within the workplace.
Sustainable Practices
As lovers of the outdoors, we remained committed to sustainability in 2024, ensuring our programs minimise environmental impact and promote respect for the natural spaces.
How did nature inspire your team this year? Let’s talk about how we can work together in 2025.

In 2025, we’re taking team-building to the next level. Our events focus on fostering genuine human connections in the great outdoors, where well-being and collaboration thrive.

AI can automate tasks, analyise data and streamline processes, but it can’t replace the human elements that drive innovation: connection, empathy, creativity and trust.
That’s why leaders and teams must double down on developing human potential alongside technological advancement.
• Focusing on people development: Empower teams with growth opportunities and emotional intelligence training.
• Reconnecting with nature: Time outdoors isn’t just restorative; it’s a catalyst for clarity, creativity and resilience. These qualities every team needs to thrive.
• Cultivating human connection: In a digital-first world, face-to-face collaboration and authentic relationships are irreplaceable.
The future of work will demand more than technical expertise. It will require balanced, adaptive teams that know how to innovate together.
How are you ensuring people remain at the heart of your progress?

Today, we swapped the comfort of Christmas leftovers for the windswept beauty of Dartmoor. With the festive indulgence still weighing heavy, it was the perfect way to stretch the legs and clear the mind.
As always, Dartmoor offered its own challenges. The fog rolled in and I found myself relying on micro-navigation skills, piecing together landmarks, contours and micro-navigation. It’s amazing how quickly nature reminds you to stay sharp and respect the landscape!
Feeling refreshed, recharged and ready to take on whatever the new year brings.

An absolute pleasure for us to deliver a talk for over 250 employees at Tusker yesterday, followed by a retreat.
We discussed the importance of collaboration within teams, overcoming adversity and building a strong culture.
It was clear that Tusker put their people first and it was a pleasure to be part of their day. Well done all of the team involved 🙌👏👏

Absolute pleasure again to run a pre-season team building event for Sidmouth RFC first team. 🏉 Talking all things goal setting and regulating emotions, in preparation for their next challenge this season. We wish them the very best of luck for the season.
A huge thanks to Coldharbour Farm Shop and Field Kitchen for the use of the field and serving the outstanding 🍕 pizzas!

‘I had an amazing adventure with Tim at TTAdventures, where I learned not only navigation skills but also survival techniques. It was an experience that I will remember for the rest of my life. Tim is extremely knowledgeable, and you couldn't ask for a better leader! I hope to use my navigation skills as much as possible in the future!’

Our team is our greatest asset!
A fantastic event yesterday in London with a super enthusiastic group attending.
It was great to get along a new instructor to the team, Jamie, who absolutely smashed his first event…it even stopped raining!
On we go!
